According to the human impact, the extinction rate of the species was increased. For such reason the protection of remained species and habitats came to focus but for such work the knowledge of biology and ecology of the species seems to be essential. The regeneration of a plant community is based on the natural seedbank, and with the knowledge of the germination biology of frequent and natural species the regeneration capacity of a habitat can be more predictable such as their response to environmental effects. The germination of seed with high longevity can help the conservation of the species. Herbarium sheets can store seeds for long-term researches as well.en
