Abstract

The core of this paper is to highlight the professional liability of the veterinarian in Sweden from a legal regulatory and a changing society point of view. This includes a description of the veterinary services today with obligations of the veterinarian, and an overview of the legal system in Sweden, following with different allegations and outcome.
