Abstract
Breakfast has been described as the most important meal of the day. Throughout the years, there has been considerable evidence showing that individuals that have breakfast, including ready to eat cereals, display better overall nutritional profiles. The market for healthy, ready to eat breakfast cereals has been subject to a great development. The aim of this research was to evaluate different breakfast cereals available on the market and their contamination with mould.
