The goal of this survey was to gain an insight into the quarantine practices employed by sheep farmers for newly purchased sheep and compare their responses to what is considered to be best practice according to current recommendations. Utilisation of an online survey on the quarantine procedures and current health issues experienced on sheep farms as the method of data collection, allowed for a broader audience to be questioned than would have been achieved by a face-to-face interview, but also imposed limitations on the possible responses by farmers to the questions.en_US
