From worldwide perspective Porcine parvovirus are one of the most common causes of viral reproductive failure in swine industry. The intent of this study was to confirm the presence of a novel new porcine parvovirus (PPV2,PPV3 and PPV4) in Serbian swine herds. Lung, lymph node, spleen, kidney, liver, tonsil and heart samples was presumed to be scrutinized using PCR and DNA sequencing. The result was shown that all the PPVand PCV2 was 24 present except PPV1 in the herd. The prevalence of the detected virus was, 96.00% of PPV2, 80.00% of PPV3 and 66.66% PPV4 from the sample examined. Genomic identity and phylogenetic, analysis were investigated, PPV4 of the Serbian isolates was shown 99% nucleotide and capsid protein's identity with genome of PPV4 retrieved from gene bank, but two nucleotides (nt) sequence alignment differences were noted in 3852 and 3937 of nt positions from genomic length sequenced.en
