Abstract
The global rise of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has rendered many conventional antibiotics ineffective. This highlights the need for alternative solutions to combat pathogenic microorganisms, particularly research into the antibacterial properties of EOs, as natural antibiotic alternatives are receiving increased attention. In this study, we aim to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of cinnamon and tea tree EOs, both in their traditional and nano-encapsulated forms, against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Malassezia pachydermatis isolated from canine otitis externa infections.
