Diagnostics of atopic dermatitis in dogs and cats

Abstract

In the analysis conducted, we examined over 1000 environmental allergen-serology IgE test results of both dogs and cats conducted in the greater Budapest (Hungary) area from the past 10 years. In this analysis, along with an introductory literature review, the aim is to firstly summarize the more recent findings and trends, and secondly to review a large database of test results to look at the overall tendencies of the dog and cat populations.
