Thoracic Ultrasound in Dogs with Respiratory Symptoms

Abstract

Lung ultrasound is a diagnostic tool that is being used increasingly in human and veterinary medicine. The purpose of this thesis was to summarise the available literature on lung ultrasound in humans and dogs and to make a small pilot study regarding the sonographic changes in the lungs in dogs with respiratory symptoms.
