Abstract

In this study we evaluated operations of the left displaced abomasum in a Hungarian large scale dairy farm from 16th July 2007 until 27th January 2012 (n=228). Our goal was to evaluate the success rates of these operations and to analyze the causes leading to this problem. The follow-up of the animals lasted from the operation until the next calving.
