Abstract

Bovine Embryo Transfer has become more widespread in dairy and beef herds throughout Ireland, especially since the introduction of non-surgical Embryo Transfer (ET) in the 1970s. Practices and procedures which determine the success of the process have been explored thoroughly in the literature review and this information has framed the undertaken research.
