A review of the story of the American curly horse, the genetic background and the hypoallergenicity hypothesis

Abstract

This diploma work is dedicated to the history and special features of the American Curly Horse. I have reviewed literature on the topics of phenotype, genetics, skin, gait and hypoallergenicity. There is not done very much research so far about this breed, so I put the focus on points that is researched, and on the hypoallergenicity.
