Prototheca zopfii alga környezeti előfordulásának vizsgálata tejelő tehenészetekben
Abstract
My thesis theme was stock screening and environmental assessment in 4 dairy cattle farm, which was carrying out a large number of mastitis caused by P. zopfii. Samples were taken at different time points, and then subsequently, in laboratory have been processed. Our goal is to examine the presence of algae in the environment, potential contamination sources and reservoirs exploration.
We collected samples before starting the milking from the teats, water samples from drinkers or water points, from bedding, and from the feed stuff. The following samples demonstrate the P. zopfii: resting area bedding, watering places, walking alley, milk mixed with vinegar, beet pulp, liners. Despite the return to positive samples from beet chips the P. zopfii could not be detected in the stable environment. At one of the farm the stable is waste water washed. However, in this case failed to demonstrate the presence of algae in water.
