Abstract
Cheese is a diverse group of dairy products whose origin dates back several thousand years(Salqueetal., 2013).Today, cheese consumption and manufacturing is seen worldwide, with Europe being the largest producing region in the world producing approximately 8.7 x 106tonsannually(McSweeney et al., 2017). Cheese is not only consumed for its nutritive properties, but also for its organoleptic qualities.
