Hagyományos és bio tehenészeti telepek takarmányozásának és termelésének összehasonlító elemzése
Abstract
I have visited two dairy cow farms of Holstein-friesian cattle in the”Gyulai Agrár” Ltd. and in the „Kőrös-Maros Biofarm”in the springtime of 2012. During my visits, I have got the opportunity to examine the keeping and feeding technology. I have collected data concerned the daily diets and milk production during a six-month period between November 2011 and April 2012. According these data, I have made comparisons regarding the feeding levels and the milk production results in the relevant dairy cow groups.
In my examinations, I have detected that the daily nutrient supply of the animals was satisfying, what is more, in the most of the cases, that was higher than the daily nutrient requirements.
We can observe that there are significant differences in the daily feed formulations for the groups of same production levels of dairy cows between the two cattle farms. The daily contents of dry matter , NEl, crude protein, metabolizable protein, calcium and phosphorus in the total mixed rations were significantly lower in the most of the cases in the Biofarm than in the farm of ”Gyulai Agrár” Ltd. Controversially, crude fibre contents of the daily diets were much higher in biofarm in general.
According to the milk production and milk nutrients contents, the following statements can be issued: the milk production levels were significantly lower and the contents of lactose and of somatic cell counts were much higher in the biofarm, than in the traditional cattle farm (”Gyulai Agrár” Ltd.). Regarding data of the milk fat milk protein contents, we could observe higher values I general , but not the milk urea contents, which were lower in most of the production groups of dairy cows in the conventional farm (”Gyulai Agrár” Ltd.).
At the evaluation of milk production and milk constituent data, it is important to consider that the feeding intensity was of lower levels in the ecological farm („Kőrös-Maros Biofarm”) in general.
