dc.description.abstract	Dog breeding should be assessed and investigated from several aspects in order to gather a complete and comprehensive overview of the breed in question. It is essential to perform a proper background check of the breed in order to understand its history, origin of purpose as well as current strengths and weaknesses, before starting the breeding new progenies. Not only should a dog remain healthy, but its basic breeding goals regarding conformation and working abilities should also be maintained.	en
