Ectopia cordis cervicalis esetének patológiai tanulmányozása borjúban
Abstract
Pathological examination methods have been studied in the postnatal period on a bull calf which died after two days and was born alive with rare congenital malformations (cervical ectopia cordis). During the necropsy the heart was found in the caudal-ventral side of the neck. The elongation of the aorta and the pulmonary trunk was observable. It was possible to exclude the qRT-PCR (quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction) technique tested for BVDV (Bovine viral diarrhea virus), IBR (Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis) virus, and the infectivity caused by the BTV (bluetongue virus) and the Schmallenberg virus.
