dc.description.abstract | In the past two decades rapid development occurred in the research methods of genetics and molecular biology and gentechnology was not an exception. The progression of gentechnology mainly caused by the accelerated research in biomedical sciences and pharmacology. It has become more important to make the targeted gene modification faster than ever. TALEN and CRISPR/Cas9 technologies combined with other methods allow us to conduct fast, cheap and efficient targeted gene modifications. The use of these technologies are not quite developed, this is why many researchers, including our team working on the optimalization of the protocols. | en |
