dc.description.abstractAround calving dairy cows become prone to various metabolic abnormalities. The ketonuria control, in addition to the clinical trial is a fast, easy and reliable way to get a picture about the stock and the individual energy balance. Severe ketonuria is shown in 78 animals while mild ketonuria was observed at 123. It means 8.6% and 13.56% and proportion of all diseased with ketonuria is 22.16% but prevalence shows considerably periodic variation. The rate of severe ones ranged between 1.1-43.5% monthly.en
