dc.description.abstract | In order to evaluate the efficacy of the application of probiotics for the treatment of neonatal diarrhoea in piglets in regards to treatment duration and piglet performance, three litters have been treated with a combination of probiotics, electrolytes, essential oils and vitamins, while three more litters were subjected to the conventional enrofloxacin treatment. Both groups were compared to a control group consisting of three healthy litters. | en_US |
