Y The authors present a case of a four year old female canary. The animal was presented to the clinic because of a pea-sized mass on the left wing. Dorso-ventral and lateral radiographic imaging did not reveal the involvement of the bone. The authors suggested surgery after the physical and radiological examinations. The mass was removed with the help of bipolar electrosurgery, and the skin was sutured with single interrupted sutures. After an uneventful recovery the animal was taken home by the owner. Histopathology revealed the mass to be a feather cyst. The authors have no knowledge of a recurrence.en_US
