dc.description.abstract | In 2019 there was an equine influenza epidemicin the UK and Ireland with 228 laboratory confirmed outbreaks throughout the UK and Ireland, ranging mainly from January through to August.The causative agent of this particular outbreak was the Equine influenza virus(EIV), Florida sub lineage clade 1(FCL1)of H3N8,from the Orthomyxoviridaefamily,which is predominantly seen in North America. | en_US |
