Az emberi zavarás hatásainak kísérletes vizsgálata vadon élő madaraknál
Abstract
In my thesis, we investigated the effects of long-term human disturbance on the risk-taking
behaviour of wild birds and on various parameters of their reproductive success. In our
research, we used the great tit (Parus major) as a model species, which has been shown by
several previous studies to be highly adaptable to humans.
Our study was conducted in the experimental forest of Farkasgyepű with low human
disturbance in 2022 and 2023. In addition to regular nest checks during the breeding season of
the great tits, we established three treatment groups: a no-sound control, a bird sound control,
and a human voice treatment group that mimics human disturbance.
