Abstract
The veterinary world has significantly changed over the last decades, posing new demands to veterinarians in everyday situations, making the importance of effective leading and with that, the knowledge about habits of learning and utilization of influence inside their practice team, essential. This research brought multiple essential relationships between learning styles and distinct power bases distributed inside the terrain of the veterinarian profession to light.
