Abstract
The examined data are from Precision Livestock Farming Technology (PLF) collected in 2022 and 2023 from a Holstein Friesian farm in Hungary. Data in the Excel file came from the DATAFLOW™ II (1) and KNIME was used to analyse the data for correlations. The study will explore the average number of lactations on this farm, comparing it to national averages and figures from other countries while identifying potential factors contributing to these outcomes. Additionally, based on data from the Hungarian Holstein Friesian farm, the underlying reasons for the low average number of lactations among dairy cattle in the dairy industry were also investigated.
