dc.description.abstract | In this paper I will be collating the latest information and research on Chiari-like malformation disease. CM is a developmental condition, characterised by a lack of space in the caudal region of the cranial cavity causing overcrowding of the brain and cranial cervical spinal cord. I will discuss the latest developments in the understanding of the pathogenesis of CM. I will also talk about all the clinical signs linked with the disease and how this can be used for diagnostic value. I will then study the diagnostic methods currently in use and their efficacy. | en_US |
