dc.description.abstract	In my thesis, written at the Department of State Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural Economics, I have investigated what exotic pet owners think about veterinary service focusing on the their habits, needs, satisfaction and opinion on costs. During the 8 months long survey I received the answers either by personal questionning, or by fil ling out an online questionnaire, both anonimously and voluntarily.	en
