Genetics of the eye developmental anomalies (CEA,OSD) in dogs

Abstract

The scope of this thesis was to give a comparative review of literature and analysis of the current research and genomic data about the molecular background of the developmental eye disorders in dogs, namely CEA and OSD. Special emphasis was given to the CFA37 chromosome deletion and COL9A2 and COL9A3 collagen mutations.
