Controlling of Salmonella species in Korean Chicken Slaughterhouse
Absztrakt
Salmonella spp. belongs to Enterobacteriaceae family, it is Gram-negative, non-spore forming, rod-shaped, facultative anaerobic microbe, motile bacterium, which can be found on animals and in the environment. Salmonella spp. is major foodborne pathogens which commonly occur in live poultry, contaminate the poultry meat during slaughter and get transferred to further processing areas. This research is performed to make some controlling method of Salmonella spp. in the Korean poultry slaughterhouse.
