dc.description.abstract | Cramping syndromes in canine covers a wide area of topics. The aim of this literature review is to get a broader understanding of the inheritance of syndromes causing cramps in the domestic dog (canis familiaris). 4 different paroxysmal dyskinesias was assessed further, and one hypomyelinating disease causing cramps. The common denominator between the latter and one of the paroxysmal dyskinesias was the breed Border Terrier.
